Great idea. I just had the whole roof redone. Stripping all the old dicor and caulk and redoing it on all intrusions. I have white eternabond (small roll for patching) Didn't know it cam in black. I'll look into it. We want to keep this a long time and water is usually a big problem eventually. This looks like a great fix. Thanks.

Still waiting for a cabinet door to be delivered to the shop. The new bedroom slide seal has arrived and they are installing it today or tomorrow. That should be under the service contract... we'll see. I hope to be able to go test drive and check out the whole thing and the new towbar and brake system to see if the shop has done everything we asked of them and done it right. I expect a small punch list after the test run. Then we'll bring it back to them for safe keeping until mid March. Then we start loading it up so we can sell our house and move into the local campground in May. We can hardly wait!
