Cannot fnd any info on your model/headlights. No first hand kowledge.
Most adjusters on top of the headlights are for up and down, the most common adjustment needed. Side to side usually involves trim removal for access.
How close were you to the wall? Hard to see it move if you are parked close. Most home adjustments require 25' between the rv and the wall.
My 98 Overland has "Ford Explorer Headlights" in it from the factory. They were screwed up when I bought it, used, and needed adjustment.
The drivers side took a LOT of turning to get it adjusted up, but it did come up. The passenger side had a broken adjuster rod, which clipped into the housing. It was just pushing into the space making no adjusment. Made a fix and got it adjusted, too.
Try to find a place local that you can buy one. Go take a look at it.
Good Luck!
