Has anyone developed a comprehensive maintenance schedule including the house, chassis, generator, engine and transmission?

Everytime I read that ton of documentation I was given I discover something else that should have been checked/maintained.

Freightliner will give you a paper outlining a maintenance schedule for the chassis if you call them

I've been thinking about developing a spreadsheet that summarizes all the maintenance from all the different manuals and OEM docs including some thing not so well documented such as roof seal inspection/repair. I'd probably also use this spreadsheet for record keeping as well. I'd probably limit the "choices" to only those that apply to our usage (less than 10K miles/year) and so many maintenance items will simply become annual or semi-annual.

I asked South Texas Freightliner for a maintenance schedule for my 2005 Journey 350hp cat. my unit did not come with information on this new engine only up to the 330hp. He just looked at me like i was something he stepped in and said he would check with Freightliner. I never did get it.
