Does anybody know if my Cat C7 350 HP engine requires one or two fuel filters?

Thanks Sammie

I believe you'll find you have one primary and one fuel/water separator filter. Try the CAT RV Club (CAT RV Club) for information.

This thread on relocating the secondary filter and installing a manual priming pump also has pictures showing both the primary and secondary filters on my 2005 C7 in my Vectra: Relocated Fuel Filter & Added Priming Pump

My 2006 36G with Cat 350 (built in May 2005) has two, the fuel filter/water separator located behind the radiator and visible from the back of the motor home which is a 30 micron filter with a see-through bowl attached to the bottom. The second filter, a two micron fuel filter is located on the engine itself. You can see it when you lift up the engine cover under the bed, but it is hard to see and not the easiest to get to when changing it.

Thanks guys, the information and pictures really helps. It also gives me ideas for another project, like relocating the filter.
