2006 Meridian 36SE

does anyone know how the average gas mileage is on the 300 hp 36SE with the 5 speed Alison transmission? Just picked it up and was going to plan a trip.

I ran my Meridian 36se for 25,000 miles, averaged 9.0 towing. A great motorhome, you will enjoy it.

i have the same setup in my journey. we have found the best MPG is running about 62MPH or about 2000RPMs. at first we towed a TOAD that weighed just under 5,000lbs and the mileage never changed that much with or without the TOAD. the range has been between 8.6 and 9.8MPG.

and now that is is just barely broken in with about 25K miles, we are selling it. we just ordered a new Tour 42QD last month. now i have to see what kind of mileage that 450hp gets.
