Any tips, tricks or advice would be helpful. Can it be done with front cap on?

Welcome to the forum. You will find much helpful info here.

I have replaced the heater core on my Journey and the front cap had to be disconnected and tilted forward. Hang on and I am sure some of the owners of Adventurer's and similar coaches will respond.

It would be helpful to tell us which chassis you have...Ford or Workhorse. Not sure that will make a difference but perhaps so.

Also, you can always contact the folks in service at Winnebago with your question. Their email is or@winnebagoind.com

The Adventurer is a 38T on a W24 workhorse.

Check your warranty first. You might have 3 year 36,000 mile coverage. This would start from the date and milage you purchased the motor home. This might also be true if you are not the origianal owner!

Just checked the brochure on the winne site. It says structure covered 36 months 36,000 miles
