I purchased a 2008 Itasca Sunrise, 35A. Can anyone tell me if it is equal to an Adventurer or above or below. I owned a 2004 35U Adventurer and it seems about the same quality. Has the Sunrise been discontuined, for 2009?

Looks like you are the model below the Adventurer (in the Winnebago model line) and I don't see it listed for 2009. Don't know if that makes much of a difference for resale. If you like it, that's the important attribute.

Congrats on the new 35A, Vet Man! The Sunrise 35A was actually our first choice but we couldn't find one on a W24 chassis to give better carrying capacity. You'll enjoy all that extra space with the opposing slides.

I also have a Sunrise 35A but 2006 Model Year. The Sunrise is one model below the Suncruiser which is equivalent to the Adventurer. The Voyage and Sunrise are equivalent models according to the Winnie website. You got the full body paint which I do not have and wish I did. We love ours after doing some upgrades to the suspension.
Good Luck -- Frank O.

The Sunrise (and Voyage) both suffered from feature creep, to the extent that is was very difficult to differentiate them from the supposed next step up, the Suncruiser (and Adventurer). Winnebago has discontinued both for 2009.
You bought yourself a great coach! Congratulations!
