2008 Vectra frount fenders

The passanger side fender is loose. The fender has a hinge at the top. Does anyone know where the screws/ bolts are. Feeling around the fender I can anything that could be a screw or bolt.

Thanks for your help.

I would expect that you'll find several screws through the face of the fender at the front edge next to the door (covered with little plastic caps). If you open the compartment door immediately behind the fender you should also see an 'L'-shaped vertical bracket with screws heading forward that screw into the framework attached to the fender. That framework is probably actually secured to the fender fiberglass with double-side molding tape similar to this 3M 03616 Scotch-Mount 7/8" x 15' Molding Tape.
