2008 Vectra Purchase

Looking to purchase a 2008 Vectra TD, any advice? I have read about Winnebago rust issues in the basement and around windows, is this common for the Vectra? Any other common issues I should look for? Any advice would be appreciated.

Check the age of the tires. Our tires were DOT 2507 and we replaced ours a month ago and now have DOT 1515. Our windshield frame did have rust when we had our windshield replaced. Check the caulking along the roof edges, sides especially. How many miles? Gen hours? History and service history is a must. We live fulltime in ours.
