2008 Winnebago Voyage 32H converter

I understand that my converter is located behind the A/C panel. I used to hear the fan, but have not since I replaced the two house batteries a couple of weeks ago. I have been connected to external power for several months. If connected to external power should the converter run to charge the house batteries? How do I check the converter? My battery panel shows the batteries to be fully charged at all times. Is there a fuse that might can be checked? I am getting ready to put the rig back on the road and want to be sure I don't have a surprise waiting for waiting for me. Thanks

Converter fan

With new fully charged batteries the converter is not working very hard (putting out amps) The fan only will come on, when there are enough amps being generated to cause the converter to heat up then the fan comes on to cool it.

The battery panel is showing your converter output - probably ~13 Volts.
Disconnect the shore power, turn on a few lights, then check the batteries for an accurate reading.

Dont forget the coach battery too.
