Just took a bunch of pictures of the 2009 Journey 34Y. Wow what a nice floorplan. Very roomy and it seems real livable. The TV is directly above the dining table so at breakfast while watching your High Def morning news show, you can look for new wrinkles on the news anchors' faces

There isn't a huge amount of basement storage (to me), but I usually don't look closely at rigs this size. Maybe it is nominal - I don't know.

Here is the link to the brochure

I have a bunch of interior/basement pictures of the 34Y to prepare and upload to my gallery - I'll get that done soon.

Edited to change subject and to change the brochure link from my web site to Winnebago's file.

Thanks a bunch, I cant wait to see your pictures.
The brochure upload you have comes in 90deg. off. Its verticle, but thats OK as you can see the floorplans just fine.
The 34 for me is just the perfect size, I wish I had the bucks to upgrade. ALAS-- Sigh
Thanks SO much for your effort and contributions to this forum.

I don't work with Adobe Acrobat too much so I plead ignorance! I think you can rotate files in Adobe Reader, so give that a try.

Jeff - 81 gallons - you betcha! Winnie designers are right on target with that tank capacity!

Okay 34Y prospects - I just uploaded a whole bunch of pictures here in our gallery. I also have a shot of the $ticker on the last page.

Same brochure that Winnebago already has online, right?

The floorplan is an adaption of the '08 Voyage 32H. I do commend Winnenbago for using the extra space created by the full wall slide to enlarge the kitchen vs. making a big hallway. Nice to see it in a DP.

The Voyage (Adventurer for '09) overhead cabinets on the slide wall were very small and awkward. Are they similar in the Journey?

Don't know about the cabinets - take a look at the pictures I uploaded.

Didn't take a look at the pics....

Just looked, it would appear they have the same problem. Cabinets LOOK like they go to the ceiling, the doors do, but inside, they only go up to the top of the slide, a few inches down. Creates some odd interiors in the cabinets.

There is a Adventurer 32H around, no? There was one over near the visitor center a week and half ago...

Kudos, John!! Nice work.

I may have found the replacement for the Vectra, when its time comes. That gray capacity will thrill the DW, what with her penchant for washing clothes. And the king bed is a winner!!

I like it!!

John,
Thanks so much for the sneak peek.
There's much about that new Journey that looks a little familiar to us. (And, we have to say that full slide lives great!) That said, the big gray tank and the king size bed are extra nice!!
But, we just made a purchase. We can't be looking!
Enjoy the rally!

Well, if we can't have it lets all feel better and list our complaints..

-Love the King bed. Don't like that its under a window (gets cold).

Great gallery of pictures. Its a beauty.
What feeling did you have about the livibility with the slides in the closed position?
Did you get a chance to see it this way?

Ron - really good question... It is displayed with slides out as you might imagine. Maybe I can show up for their 'tour' and presentation and ask to see it with slides retracted.

As an aside - there are some sales happening here . An '05 Vectra near us is gone and I was told they are transferring their stuff to a brand-new '09 Vectra. The Horizon I took pictures of was sold the next day . It is great to see some money going back into the system. All is not roses though since dealers haven't been placing orders for replacement stock.
