2012 36M A/V Info (Long Post)

I was getting a hum in my speakers under the Large living room TV. The hum was not there when playing a DVD, only when using the Samsung BluRay sound system in AUX mode. An RCA cable set is run from the TV audio out to the AUX input on the sound system. Coach schematics indicated there should be a Ground loop filter in the installation, but removing the over dash TV and right cabinet panels I was not able to locate one. I installed one off Amazon and hum is gone.

In my investigation, the following was determined:

-DVD HDMI output goes to a Conversions Technologies 2 port HDMI splitter, CTHDMI-S2 (5VDC)
-1 HDMI run to over dash TV, second HDMI run to an HDMI CAT 6/7-588B XMTR, Cat cable set run to Large Living room tv, to another HDMI CAT 6/7-588B, then HDMI to TV. This XMTR supports Full HD-1080P.

-My A/V Switch box is an AVS 100 HD Smart Source Switch Box. My box has 3 input and 3 output capabilities (as installed Winny only provides two input cables). Winny runs A/V cable which consists of R&L Audio, Component Video, and Composite video. I have 2 such cables run from my upper left cabinet to the Switch box. I have 1 of these installed on my Sat RCVR.
-1 Switch Box output goes to Bedroom TV, 1 goes to outside TV, 3rd goes to an AVS050HD splitter. This splitter has 4 outputs, one goes to front TV, 2nd goes to Large living room TV. (12VDC)

-My IR repeater is a Connexx 40430 Infrared Connection Block. Has up to 6 Emmitter Outputs, each can support 2 eyes. I have 1 set run to my DVD/Sound Sytems cabinet and 1 to my Sat RCVR cabinet. (12VDC, has a 1amp auto blade fuse inline)

-Additionally, there is a COAX Splitter, TSPL-6, U/V/FM 6-way splitter, 5-1000 MHZ. Input comes from OTA Antenna/Cable switch outlet in DVD Cabinet.

The HDMI XMTRS have walwarts providing the power.

While I had the large living room TV removed, I split the audio out cable so I could add a Bluetooth transmitter, powered by the TV USB output, so I could use my Bluetooth headphones.

I am planning to install 2 small muffin fans to help remove heat in the above dash cabinet areas, also planning to replace my cabinet door glass with perforated aluminum painted black.

I hope this helps those with this year/model coach. I know they made changes in later models.
