I purchased this coach at the FMCA Rally in Madison in Aug. I have had two issues with the water/sewer lines getting pinched between the Kitchen Slide and the wall by the half bath. The first time was in Flint MI three weeks after picking up the coach, that resulted in a broken cold water line after setting up. That took a visit to Lowes and three hours later I had that repaired. Last night in Winsto-Salem NC after entertaining my wife said the sink wouldn't drain. After removing all the panels under the sink in both the kitchen and half bath I was able to free up the 2 inch drain line and the hot water line I was able to get the drain to open and have hot water without any apparent leaks, however the drain line is pinched flat and the hot water line is crimped badly.

Has anyone had this problem and if not you might. I am contemplating taking the coach back to the factory for these repairs.

I had a propane gas line crimp in my unit. It went to the fridge in a slide. I took it to a regular RV repair shop and he modified the factory installation and now it works fine. I would believe that you could get this fixed at most repair facilities although I haven't seen your specific issue.

John: You are close enough to take it back to the factory. If it was me, I would.

One suggestion, have a real certified plumbing inspector look over ALL your plumbing.

Winnebago does not add support to their plumbing lines. (holds everything steady) and loose lines have nowhere to go but crack/break/bind. Particuliarly at the joints between the PEX and PVC/ABS connections.

Even flexable lines need to be stabilized no matter what else you are told. Obviously yours are not. You are under warranty and there is no excuse for your poor fortunes. Good luck.

Sorry for your troubles but that's a beautiful rig and you'll get the bugs worked out. I agree with taking it back to the factory if at all possible.
