2016 Itasca Meridian 40R low water preasure

We are have low water pressure and flow with either city water or pump from tank. the galley sink is the worst. If we flush the toilet the shower flow dribbles.

Any advice on a solution or method to trouble shoot would be most appreciated

City water inlet connection Screen-washer for clogging
Water Regulator on city water limiting flow
Pump suction side stainer being dirty
Water Filter(s) being dirty
Faucet Aerators being clogged
Shower handle clogged with debris

I have checked all of your recommendations. All is OK except Galley sink. Any ideas?
