2016 vs 2017 Sightseer 33C

We have the option of buying a new 2016 Winnebago Sightseer 33C or a 2017 Winnebago Sightseer 33C. The rigs look to be exactly the same. We are wondering if there is something different with the chassis, or the drivability, or ???? I can't imagine that Winnebago did not make any changes, but I could be wrong.

sfreunds for some reason unbeknown to me Winnebago builds an early version and a late version of the same model year. In the Winnebago serial number if the first number after the U is a 2 (late version) for the 2016 model and the first number after the W is a 1(early version) of the 2017 model they are exactly the same. The late version of the 2017 will have a 2 after the W.

I just checked and there is not a down loadable 2017 brochure so you will have to compare to the online spec's.

Grant and Pat,

Based on your information, the 2016 and 2017 sightseers we are looking at are the same units (2016 had a 2 after the U, and the 2017 had a 1 after the W). The only differences are the options, of which the 2016 has many more!
