3000 interrupter needed

I have a 2001 Journey, I needed the heat pump checked and when the technician checked under the coach he noticed a thick red wire dangling down. The wire had corroded. It goes to a two terminal block, it's cracked and needs to be replaced mounted to the frame. The only markings on it are 30 VDC, 3000 amp interrupter, aux and Bat. The tech called Winnebago parts, no help, Freightlinger, no help. I have been to 3 RV dealers and they are no help. I NEED HELP!

Sounds like a standard short circuit protection fuse. How about one of these?----
