35F Water Heater Bypass Location

I am going to be winterizing our 2011 Sunstar 35F in a couple of weeks. Yesterday I was reading through the instructions in the owner's manual and it lists the location of the water heater bypass as "Model 35F: Valve behind water heater. Remove drawer below oven to access."

Of course, there is no drawer below the oven. There is a grate there. Before I start taking things apart it would be great to know if the water heater bypass is behind this grate, or whether it's behind the drawer stack next to the oven.

Allen-

While we're waiting for someone who knows his stuff to show up and offer useful guidance, I'll offer the observation that the bypass is typically plumbed directly behind the water heater. So, whatever inside component is directly opposite the water heater on the outside of the coach, that's where I'd look.

That, and removing a grate is usually a matter of removing and replacing a few screws.

affreeman, drawings show it to be behind the grade under the oven.

The bypass is located behind the bottom drawer under the stove.
The drawer slides have locks on them, one goes up and the other goes down to pull the drawer out.
I prefer the 25lb air pressure blowout method and also blow the water heater out and drain it. Then leave all faucets in the open position. I also pour some RV anti freeze into all of the P-traps and make sure some gets into the macerator section.

I have the oven and there is no drawer under the oven. There is a grate. I'll assume the water heater bypass is behind this grate.

yes, mine is behind the grate, down on the bottom amongst 3 or 4 other cables/water lines. It is hard to see and dark so I turn the phone on and reverse the camera so I can locate the valve.

Weird because mine has a drawer directly under the oven and then the grate, Oh well.
As I have said I don't use the bypass anyway. I blow the system out with 25lb air, drain the water heater, disconnect all lines to the ice maker control valve and then leave all the faucets open.
