40K miles on 09 vista... What to check?

I am looking at a 09 vista rental unit with 40K miles at a dealership. What all needs replacing besides the tires? I suspect as a rental the brakes and shocks are candidates for replacement. If you know of anything else please reply. thanks jim w

Buying a rental unit? Yikes. Not for me

In addition to checking for all the required maintenance being done, I'd check everything very very closely for signs of abuse by inexperienced or careless renters.
