40K Miles on an 09 Adventurer 32H

We're still in the hunt for our 32H and most of the 08/09 models have had <20K miles. I recently saw an 09 at LaMesa RV (on line) that has 39.x K miles. I realize wear from mileage is really dependent on maintenance and care etc but I am curious if anyone has comments on this total. The digital photos, as always, are very forgiving.

The price, before negotiation, is 79 and the low NADA is 70 (4K lower than the lower mileage units we've looked at) Being in Canada I'd like to do as much homework as possible as it's not practical to nip down to look etc.

Thanks

Ron

For $4,000 I might be inclined to go with the lower mileage units. For maybe $10,000 or so I might be interested. We also put on over 10,000 miles per year. If they were to put new tires and batteries in for that price I might also be interested.

Thanks John, that's what I'm thinking too. There's one in WA state next door to us that appears very nice but at this point he's not comfortable coming down to the number we'd like to pay. If it's still available in September perhaps he'll be a little more flexible
