Talked to Winnebago this afternoon and what bobmac said about the solder used is exactly what they said the problem is. Winnebago said there was about 1 year of bad lights and said they had purged their inventory of bad lights in July 2015. If the mfg. date of your coach is in or about this time period of 1 yr., try to get them changed.
Any lights coming from Winnebago after July will be assembled with the new solder, but there is no difference in any marking on the light that you will be able to tell the old solder light from the new solder light.
I contacted my dealer today to get the process started for the new lights.
