A & E Elite 10,000 Patio Awning and Window Awning

We are the new owners of a 1995 Vectra and reside outside the USA so at times it is difficult to source bits and pieces that we may need.

Unfortunately on arrival here we found parts of the Patio Awning were missing or broken and one of the end caps (which is on the end of the roller at both ends of the window awnings) missing off a window awning.

We have tried to get help from Dometic which was a complete waste of time - they were most unhelpful.

We would be interested to know if anyone on this forum has this type of Awning and could help us with suggestions as to where we could obtain reasonably priced parts.

Any help would be most appreciated.
