We have an 06 Adventurer with a Coleman heat pump. Last spring I had to have two circuit boards replaced. My complaint at the time was the a/c would cycle on and off intermittenly. Now the a/c will not come on at all. It did work after the boards were replaced. The heat part works normally elec comes on, and if at night it's low 40's the gas kicks in. I have the Coleman-Mach thermostat. I am told that if elec heat is working that most likley the a/c part of the thermostat is probably bad. Looks like the replacement is over a hundred $$. Just wondering if anyone has had a simular problem, and what their fix was??

i used contact cleaner on the thermostat slide switch. that worked for a while. i eventually had to replace the thermostat assembly.
soon after replacing the thermostat, i had to replace the #1 compressor starting relay.
i also had to replace my sf-42 furnace control board soon after replacing the relay.
my hvac system has been working well for the last year or so.
