Well just got the motorhome back from the brake recall. Looks like everything went smoothly with that.

Here is some things I did this weekend:

Transmission fluid change:
I switched to synthetic, changed both spin on and internal filter. The fluid and bottom of the pan was spotless.
I checked my transmission temperature (old fluid) coming back from the dealer and it was running at 124 deg. I will take it out this week for a good run and check my levels and temperatures. I measured the old fluid, I took out 10 quarts so that is what I put back in. The magnet on the spin on filter was not there.. Are they installed on all transmissions? I removed a Allison filter. There is a flat magnet in the bottom of the pan.

Front shocks:
Changed the OE's with Koni's. Another reason to take a drive !!

Engine Oil:
Like the transmission I switched to synthetic (Mobil 1). I was only able to locate 10-30 oil. No one had 5-30, I checked several wal-marts and auto part stores.. I used a NAPA 1 qt. filter. Since I will be driving in temperatures well above 30 I think I will be fine with the 10-30

Generator:
Changed oil and filter. Again a NAPA filter and 15-40 Rotella. Checked air filter.

Spare Tire:
Checked pressure and made sure all bolts on rack could be loosened easily. Coated bolts with a little never-seez.

Air pressure:
Fronts to 90 and rears to 80. In the next couple of weeks as we bring more items in the motorhome I want to head to the scales and see where we are. I will then adjust accordingly.

Serpentine belt:
I know I only have 36,000 miles but it makes me feel better that there is a new one on there. Now I have a spare for the toolbox.

Thanks to Brazel's for my shocks and transmission filters and gasket.

Thanks to all who answered my questions in the past months. You are all a great help and I thank you.
