I have a 22ft 2004 Winnebago Chalet Class C. My question is about the roof AC unit. Does the condensate water drain down a special pipe? On mine it seems to find the lowest point on the roof and leak down to the gutters there. Sometimes getting me wet when I open an outside storage door. Is the AC supposed to drain the water thru special piping or just out onto the roof?
Thanks to all who can respond.

Mine runs down the roof to the end of the gutters, then down the side windows leaving a nice dirty streak--next time I pass a Camping World I plan on getting some gutter extensions.

Our 28' TT A/C drains onto the roof and rolls off at the point that is lowest... sometimes that is onto the awning, or to the opposite side of the trailer... depends on how well (or poorly) I've leveled it.

I try to keep the front end about 1/2 bubble high so water will drain off to the back side of the trailer. Our roof is crowned in the middle, so by keeping the front slightly high, the water will drain to the back and into the gutter.

Roof AC units are normally drained to the roof. The water then, of course, goes to the lowest point.
