I had access to AccessFreightliner Parts Pro/Service Pro with my previous coach. Since replacing my previous coach with a new coach on a Freightliner chassis I cannot get access to Parts Pro/Service pro via the new serial number. I do still have access to the main AccessFreightliner web site. The dealer has been no help but they do confirm that Freightliner knows that I have the new coach. Does anyone have any experience in transitioning from one coach to another in this matter?

Might just take an email to the application support desk. I had an account a while ago and it is very specific to the coach VIN and the owner of record.

Rather than trying to do it on the website you are better off calling the help line, during business hours on Pacific Time. The IT department that handles the registration is on the west coast, not in Gaffney. They can do it while you are on the phone, just have the complete VIN for the chassis. It worked for me after jerking around with the computer.

I have sent an email to the support folks and am waiting for a reply. I also talked to the support folks two weeks ago and they told me that they could not make the changes as they had an agreement with the dealerships that they (the dealerships) would make the changes for their customers. I will see what the reply consists of and go from their. It may take a second call to the help line.
