Adjusting the door

Hello all
I have a 2004 Journey 36G and it appears the door is hanging on the latch pin. Making a wear point on the top of the pin on the door frame side. Makes it difficult to open. Co pilot is NOT happy so I'm not happy as I'm sure you can understand. The pin must adjust up or down correct? Loosen screws above and below?

Appreciate your advice.

As the door ages the bushings on the hinge side will ware down thus dropping the door down and making it hit the pins try moving the strike plate first. Loosen the screws and move the strike don't take the screws out, the plate in the frame could fall
