Wife and I are looking at a 07 38T on line at PPL. Love the front kitchen. Can anyone tell me what the CCC should be for this MH with a washer/dryer on board?

I looked in the brochure and they do not list a ccc listed. If you want me to email you the brochure, let me know.

Check your private messages for a note from an owner of the same model....

I'd love to know what ccc Jack sent. I have an '04 Suncruiser 38R with w/d and the ccc is about 1,500 lbs. Not very much, but then I don't need very much.

Jack did not have his MH nearby so he was unable to tell me the CCC

A little worried about the weight of the front kitchen on the front axel. Love the layout

I should be running out to check my MH next week. Will get all numbers, weight sticker photo and my actual scale receipts to share.

I wasn't worried, after weighing it, about the front or rear actual weights. The front kitchen, other than the fridge and W/D is mostly air.

Removed the W/D and tube TV's, because we didn't use the former and wanted digital and HD in the latter. (and gained almost 300# CCC to boot)

My wife's favorite inside activity is cooking ( but also ) and she has equipped the kitchen accordingly. All the items and service for 8. (not sure why) We bought this floorplan, mainly for that reason. The mid entry door keeps in/out traffic out of her way. Front entry diesels with kitchen anywhere didn't satisfy...

later
