Adventurer Entry Door Hinge

I have a bent lower hinge on my main entry door on our 05 Adventurer that needs to be straightened and repainted. I started taking it off but the 4 machine screws into the door will not come off, seem like there must be a nut inside the door that has to be held by a wrench. Each screw loosens then just turns around.

Has anyone else had the need to remove a hinge that can offer any advise. Do I have to completely disassemble the door to get to the nuts inside?

Thanks
