Advice on a 2006 Itasca Meridian 39k

Looking hard at to maybe purchasing the 39k, so I apologize in advance for the length of the message. I have scheduled an RV tech to look over tomorrow. The coach was very clean inside and out and seems to ride/drive nice, never owning a MH really have nothing else to go on there. Any issues, things to look for?

It had a leak that they said was repaired, hence the RV tech inspection. It has a sleep number bed where they put the pump behind a drawer next to the bed, but it wasn't plugged into any thing. I searched behind the drawer the best I could without taking the drawer out and could not see an outlet to plug it into, any ideas how they plugged it in?

There were no maintenance/service records to look at, found front tires were dated (3012) so I assume 6 yrs old, couldn't find a date code on the back tires. Looking at the batteries, haven't a clue how old they might be?

Also, none of the basement lights worked. I pulled the cover off of 1 of them and it looked like the bulb was blown. Should I look at them all or is there a switch or something that I am missing?

AC worked off the generator, but the fridge didn't work when on propane.

I am going to try and find a shop to look over the chassis and motor.

Thanks in advance for you feedback.

Page 3 of the Body, 110 Volt Wiring Installation diagram for that coach shows a receptacle for the Sleep Number air pump on the left rear wall of the coach.

Also there is a switch for the compartment lights by the door on the panel that says either "comp lights" or "compartment lights"
