Visited our 09 Meridian yesterday at storage lot. Noticed that the rear mud flap was touching ground. Is it common for the air bags to lose some pressure after 2 months storage?

Very common for the air suspension to lose pressure and the rig to settle down. As stated, some rigs maintain their pressure longer than others, but anywhere from 1 day to a week is typical. Sometimes it has to do with the weather as well. On windy days, the motorhome may rock enough to allow the air ride leveling valves to add or bleed off some air pressure which uses up the air supply much more quickly.

I spoke with Winnebago this sunmmer when I was at the factory with the same question on my coach. They said they have air loss specs and it seems that my loss after 24 hours is within those specs.

Does anyone know if there are air bag kits for the rear suspension on an '86 30 ft Chieftain? The rear end seems low and when you look at the main springs they are straight across level, I thought this might mean they were sagging, but don't know that much about it.

The rear airbags on our '88 Super Chief look to have been a factory install - might check with Winnebago to see what they can supply in hardware, or aftermarket pointers. Ours are inflated conventionally, just like the tires, and seem to hold PSI quite well - if the bags don't have leaks, and the lines are installed properly, no reason for them to bleed down excessively over just a few days - months MAYBE, but days, no!
