Does anyone drain the air tanks on your motor homes?If so where are landyards located?We have a 2007 Meridian DP.Thanks for any help

DaveyD1, Your lanyards should be located behind the right front tire. They are small aircraft cable loops that you pull to exhaust the air tanks. Your owners manual from Winnebago or Freightliner should have the proper directions. Indiana Journey

There are 3 lanyard pulls and they are on both sides of the coach behind the front tire area. The lanyards stick out through holes in the chassis. It is not necessary to dump all of the air from the tanks, just pull until they run clean, with no water in the blow. Depending on how many miles you run and climate you should do it every few months of not more. Can't hurt and only helps.

Mine are all in the right front wheel well. Two behind the tirew and one in front of it. Use the awning rod to pull the cable.

Davey~ Don't reach in the wheel well with your arm and try to pull the cable. One of my pull cables does not work easy, so I take the awning rod and trigger the release at the tank from underneath the frame.
