our last day of a month long trip i noticed the converter not charging the batteries.i was pluged in and started the gen. both did nothing,everying else worked as normal.the ats worked as it should also.so no converter charging!a day later i turn on gen.and green lite go's on ems and powers as normal but after the 20 second delay all lites go out,no gen power to coach.checked ats has 120 vac going in and out but no power inside? journey 36g thanks Don
