Has anyone added a turbo boost gauge to their Journey, or is it even necessary?

I added one to my Vectra because of the Banks kit. The factory computer does not see boost over 25 lbs. It does record an over boost coe to the error log but the Banks computer fools the Cummins computer into believing boost never exceeded 25 lbs while in reality it is maxed at 34-35lbs. I wanted to be able to see if I was getting the boost and the Banks system was working. The turbo that is on my 8.3 ISC is a Holset HX40 which is within its efficency curve all the way to 42 lbs.
