I could of had Winnebago cover the cost as per the warranty but it was easier to just pay the $100 and get them shipped quickly.I can't praise the Winnebago Service Dept enough for working with me on warranty issues/replacements and I've found that the Winnebago suppliers have been very reasonable with sending any replacements that I've needed.
Real fair!!!
Interesting that there is a TSB... I just ordered a pump from Heatmyrv... I have a 2015, second pump to die on me... I replaced the first one back in April.
$192.50 for each kit shipped.
Lesson's learned!

Glad you got it figured out. I have an issue to diagnose soon.....my unit runs great but decides to take a nap intermittently. All lights green on panel below, burner switch light inside goes out. I can bring it back to life by switching burner off then back on. It will then run normally for a period of time yet unknown until the next "nap" it takes. I have some tests to run to track this down.

Bill, you're not far away from my home base near Clear Lake.
My uncle lived in Waterloo most of his life.

Good Luck.. Sounds like a limit switch might be tripping and a power on/off resets it.
I'm sure you know about the AquaHot Reference Library - Aqua-Hot Manuals

Their manuals are really pretty good with pictures and all.
Also when I sent the AquaHot technical support an email they were back to me within a day.
