Armrest 03 Sightseer

When I recline the captain chairs the armrest starts pointing more toward the ceiling. Can they be adjusted so they remain horizontal. Would be a lot more napable!

The ones on my 03 Journey can, by turning the knob on the end.

There should be a knob on the underside of the arm rests towards the end.
