Hi I just found the Winnebago Service Bulletin 7SB008-03-01A, on a members web site, regarding the spacers between the water heater door and the storage compartment door. The spacers are to allow extra air into the water heater for better combustion. Our camper does not have the spacers.

It appears that the spacers are just small gray 1/2 inch bumpers that I could get at the hardware store, no need to order from Winnebago. Can anyone who has the Bulletin done post a picture or more information?

Thanks for your help.

If you are not having a problem, it may not be worth "fixing". The spacers are indeed simple rubber bumpers, and no way can the be installed on mine ...door would not close with thm in place. IMHO, they don't really address the problem, which I believe to be air flow BEHIND the inner door rather between the inner & outer doors. I removed the weather strip from across the bottom of the outer door to get air flow up from the bottom, then cut an opening on each side of the inner door side flange, maybe 1/2 each. That has pretty much cured my problem (which mostly was blowing thermal cut-offs at a very frequent rate).
