Seems like there was a long thread a few weeks ago about the fuse l'ink on Atwood WH's. Someone posted a source that was way less than an RV shop It was some electronic house. they also posted a link tothe exact part and part number. Now I can't find the thread at all. Can anyone remember where to get the part and the part number? Thanks

From my previous post many moons ago:
For the LP system there is an in-line fuse on the front panel of the water heater. The fuses are inexpensive (about $5 for a set of two). This critter may have blown. Happened to me a few months ago. I removed it & checked it visually (looked ok) but it was bad, as verified by a multi meter.
Atwood Water Heater Thermal Cutoff; MPD 93277, avail at most RV shops/parts stores (ie, CW).

Right now on ebay, there is a listing for thermal fuse with the auction for 50 of them. The temp is 98 C which is the right temp. They already have the connection on one end. You would have to crimp a connector on the other end to make them work in your MH. The shipping on them is a flat $8.00 -- the auction price right now is 7.95 for the 50 -- total of 15.95 as it now stands. These are the green tipped ones that will tolerate the 98 C temp better than the white ones. That figures out to $.32 each plus your cost for the additional connection on the one end.
I bought my supply of these on Ebay a few months back.
The auction number is 130169703289.
I think the electronics warehouse was Goodman's.

Goodmans is where I bought mine.
Here is a previous thread
Thermal Fuze Thread
The buy on Ebay would be a better deal.

Why can't these be replaced by a Klix-0n?

Probably because if something causes the fuse link to melt then the cause needs to be corrected. With a Klix-on the problem would just keep repeating until the coach caught fire or the wiring burned up or something like that.
