3m makes a grey double sided tape. All car parts places carry it. Some older guys call it bumper tape, because GM used it to install bumper covers on cars. Put that under the rail. Remove 1 screw. Buy several screws the same length and install between all the pulled out screws.
reinstall all the pulled out screws with the next size larger screw.

I have heard of the problem a time or two. If it were my coach, I would talk to, and perhaps email pictures to, Winnebago Owner Relations ...and then follow THEIR recommendations. They have been extremely helpful to me many times. You can reach them at (800) 537-1885 or email to or@winnebagoind.com

I had a similar problem with my coach. Turns out the screws that held the awning rail to the side of the coach sheared. If it is not repaired properly, it's possible you can peel your whole roof off. Assuming it's a similar problem as mine was, do not just use tape to fix it. It needs to be repaired to factory specs.

As Paul suggested, call Winnebago Owner Relations, send them some digital pictures, and repair it based on their recommendations.
