Battery Discharge!

Ok here is a mystery and perhaps some have experienced the same issue and can point me in the correct direction.

Here are the facts.
Last week was the last time I drove or was inside the coach. No issues.
As always the coach and chasse battery switch was in the off position when I exited the coach.
This morning I opened the door and the steps did not deploy. All batteries discharged! Confirmed that coach and chasse battery switches in the off position.

Any ideas?

How old are the batteries?
How long ago were they serviced?

The fact that both were discharged in such a short time is interesting. It would appear to be a common circuit draining them. Maybe the battery isolator has failed allowing one battery to drain the other if one has a draw which some do even with the off switches correctly set. (Like the steps which work even with batteries switched "off"). Scratching my hairless head to think of other common connections than the battery isolator, maybe someone else has ideas.

Yes I was wondering about the steps and Battery isolation manager. As soon as I get the batteries charged I will test both for some draw.

I'm confused, not uncommon. If both coach and chassis batteries were off, disconnected, where are the steps supposed to get power from?

Yeah the steps work even with the chassis and house batteries set on "disconnected."
