Try disconnecting power to the clock for just a few seconds. Battery disconnect switch or unplug power wire behind clock. It worked for me. Good luck.

Typically it is in the clock set-up menu. As you change to each mode it should ask 12 hour or 24 hour clock. I prefer 24 hour, but that is after spending 23+ years in the USMC.

What is the model of the radio? Is that handy information, or buried behind the radio?

Wayne, I have tried what I think is every combination with the few toggles the radio has. I have not been able to get the set-up mode to come up. It's a digital alarm but no model number. I have not had a chance to try out just disconnecting the power as Schiappa noted.

Do you have a photo that you can send me? Is it CD/DVD or just a radio??

Sometimes I overlook the obvious and just have to ask questions that may imply others also do.

If you could slide the radio out of its hole you could get the model number off of the sticker on the back.

It is also possible that it is on the front. The newer year radio has, in my case, VR-182, which is a Jensen.

Also, if someone previously has not changed out the radio, you should be able to get the model number from Itasca/Winnebago. That may help you find the manual for it.

Just some thoughts.

Good luck.

Edited:
See if this works:
"Reset
Use a ball point pin or thin metal object to press the RESET button (18). The unit will return to
the factory default settings. The reset button should be activated for the following reasons:
• initial installation of the unit when all wiring is completed
• function buttons do not operate
• error symbol on the display
To recover factory default settings, press and hold the MODE button (4) for more than 3
seconds. The LCD will display “EEP-INIT” and all settings will return to the original factory
values."

These are present day default values:
"Default values: BEEP ON, P-VOLUME 12, USA, CLOCK ON, 12 HOUR, CONTRAST 0,
BRIGHTNESS 4, AUTO IPOD ON."

See if there is a small hole on the front. Using a tooth pick (I use paper clip if I really know the hole is a reset hole) press in on the hole to see if it resets the radio. You will loose all pre-sets, but it should reset the information.

Or, beginning at 1300 for 1 p.m. and 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800 for 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 p.m., just remember the 24 hour clock.

Also, when in clock set function, try the mode button to switch to 12 hour time.
