What is a good product to use to clean, and keep clean (shiny) the black ??rubber?? plastic?? trim around the windows, windshield, etc??

I bought, but have not yet used, some 303 Aerospace protectant that a lot of people recommend. Not for cleaning but to keep the trim and storage bay latches shiny.

I use 303 on my rubber windshield molding and most rubber/vinyl.

Ditto the 303 on most of the exterior trim/gaskets.

303 is what you want to use. The other folks know of what they speak.
If you want your black mirrors to look like new use "Back to Black" I think Mother's makes it and it does a great job. Good Luck
