I am assuming this is retired Army humor. There is a navy version about the direction of flow.

As a practical matter, I run out of fresh water before filling up the holding tanks. Most dump stations have fresh water too.

Black tank never gets full so I don't worry about. Some people (not me, ever [emoji6]) attach a hose to their drain cap, run it away from the RV into the woods, then crack the gray tank valve and let it slowly drip onto the ground, but that's prob frowned upon.
I've actually had non full hook up campgrounds give me the ok to do that.

we can dry camp a week and not even get half the black water tank full. the flush toilet is for ladies only and sit downs. in our rig.guys can pea behind a tree. then drive to a proper dumping station...DONT put hose on ground.

Do you really want to know? Suggest you research "Do Bears do it in the woods?" for the answer!

I could of sworn I read in some BLM areas it's ok to dump gray water on the ground. Now I wouldn't want a lot of that around my coach for sure. Maybe take a little at a time and water the plants.
I should look that up.

EDIT:
https://www.govinfo.gov/app/search/%7B%22query%22%3A%22Section%208365.1-1%20-%20Sanitation%22%2C%22offset%22%3A0%7D

Read the above. It's a kind of yes, kind of no on gray water and, depends on the area. It looks like what some have said, pack it in, pack it out. There was another site with an answer from authorities that was interesting. I will find that for us.

Here it is.https://www.rvtravel.com/more-on-the...the-gray-tank/

That was a rhetorical question, I know what to do and how. Every adolescent should have been required to join the boy or girl scouts to learn how to be a good steward of the land.

BTW, bear are not concerned with waste water or black water.
Last I heard Quartzite is in AZ. One of the RV parks there requested we empty our grey water into their flower beds(slowly) to conserve city water resources.

We can go over 2 weeks on waste tanks but run out of fresh water if not careful. By then it is time to move anyway so we dump on the way out or on the way into the next place.

Where to dump tanks?

Seriously? Nobody here has watched National Lampoons Christmas Vacation?
