i am Installing an electric brake controller on my 2006 29R is there a wiring harness from the dash to the bumper or will i have to run wire the whole way

Is your coach built on the Ford or Workhorse chassis?

According to this diagram:

Ford "blue wire" at hitch connector = YES
Workhorse "blue wire" at hitch connector = NO

If it's a Ford, the front end connector will be there as well. On your 2006, it will be up inside the dash, near the top-left of the steering column. Many people struggle to find the connector, but it is there. See this post for additional information.
