I assume it is cranking?. One or both of the fuel filters may be clogged. In addition to the fuel filter at the carburator, there is one halfway back - along the top of the passenger side frame rail. The next thing might be the fuel pump. If I remember, this is a mechanical pump at the lower right front of the engine. It's not too expensive and is easy to replace, but I think it is operated by a pushrod that must be held in place.
EDIT: Wait a minute... isn't this a "throttle body" fuel injection engine?
