Bumper touch up

Hi
Any one familiar with taking of the bumper cover that has the license plate? The clear coat is delaminating and i thought fixing it off the rv would be a better job
The picture is not my rig but is just like that.

Thanks Chris

Well I figured it out. Lots of screws!!!! Now what i found behind this was disapointing, but i guess to be expected for a 14 year old. Looks like someone backed into something and bent the aluminum channel that the entire rear wall rests in. Not sure if this is worth repairing.
