Cambria 27k bedroom slide controller

Does anyone know where the slide controller for the bedroom slide on a 2015 Itasca Cambria 27K is located? I expected it to be in the outside storage compartment below the slide but there isn't anything in there. My slide won't extend and I wanted to check and see if the LEDs on the controller are blinking in any sort of error pattern, or if swapping the motor leads gives me any useful troubleshooting information.

Probably not quite the same as yours, but ours is in the storage compartment with the inverter, on curb side just behind battery compartment/HWH hydraulics - have to pull a panel to access

Call Winnebago and they will tell you. We have a 2015 27K also but have not looked for the controllers. Let me know what you discover. So far no real slide issues. The front slide start rattling some. I called Winnebago and they reviewed the process for closing the slide. I confirm that is what I do. I ask about a slide lock. They confirmed the proper location for its use. Stopped the noise.

Chris,

It was in a similar place on the 27K. There is a storage compartment immediately aft of the cabin entry door that has the inverter behind a metal panel.

Mine had eight red blinks and a single green, indicating a short between the controller and motor one.

Thanks for the pointer!

To close the thread.... the culprit ended up being the wiring harness to the motor. I pulled the access cover off on the inside and found that the insulation was damaged and one wire had been severed. These lay along the metal bracket that the cover attached to. I cut out the bad section and spliced in some 7 conductor thermostat wire and its all working again.
