Inventory turn is less than once year (which is good), interest coverage (via cash flow) on outstanding debt is over 7x, net income for the 9 month period ended 5/31/18 is up 8 million over the year end 2017 with 3 months to go, cash flow from operations is well over cash flow for the year ended 8/2017, EPS (that is earnings per share for those who don't understand that abbreviation) has been on a steady upswing since 2016. Overall, the management of WGI appear to have the ship headed in the right direction and are managing assets vs liabilities very well.

For the bankruptcy comment above, that is a Chapter VII where the company is liquidated. A Chapter XI is where the company is not liquidated but, is restructured to be able to satisfy debt.

And the $15.81 quoted above is the "book value" of the shares which is never representative of the value of the company on the open market. That is proved by todays value of the stock trading at above $38.00 a share.
This is an excellent explanation of price to book value for WGO. If it was 1:1 or below, then there may be issues. It stands at 2.40 per David K's numbers above. It is still classified as a 'value stock' as it is under 3.0.

CW is currently at a P/B ratio of 24.43 (way over valued in my mind). Xerox is at a P/B value of 1.33 (recently taken over by Carl Ichan). Apple is at a P/B value of 9.139. REV Group (Fleetwood) is at a P/B value of 1.878.

I think WGO is holding its own.
