We picked up our 2007 Journey this weekend. It's brand new left over and overall we are very impressed. One thing my wife found out immediately was, the staples that Winny installs to secure the gallery carpet along where it meets the tile were improperly installed. I found over 50 staples that failed to penetrate the tile and substrate thus leaving a very sharp deformed staple all along the border. This was true in the bedroom also. I was cut just hunting then down by feeling all the edges by hand. I was just wondering if anyone else has see this.

We don't have tile but had the same problem with staples on the carpet edge. First time the Coach was in for service they fixed them all.

Found a couple here 'n there that weren't driven far enough. A little tack hammer work and all is well.
