Hi Everyone

still learning lots....
so here's today question:

we have a 2009 suncruiser 35P (which has the basement air)
today; success in finding the A/C filters
they are not under the bed (as per manual) but rather in under the closet
the filter looks totally pristine - like it has not seen any dust or dirt

my question is;
is there any other 'filter' I need to be cleaning?
is there anything on / in the unit itself?
is there anything special I need to do with the 'fins'?

as always...
THANKS!

regards, pdq
(peter)

Peter,

With the basement units you need only to replace the filter once per month if you use it often. With limited use I would check it often and replace as needed. The outside fins should be inspected for damage and straightened as needed. You can spray with water to keep clean but don't use a power washer. Some even spray with awesome or other degreaser before spraying with a hose. Your inspection will suffice. WinB has a maintenance bulletin they put out, you should read. Hope this helps some.
