Does anyone know if the coax connection at the external entertainment center on a 2002 Winn 32V can be used as an INPUT from a portable satellite OR is this connection for OUTPUT to an external TV only?

The one at the entertainment center on those I know of are for output only -as wired.

Obviously, if you change the wiring connections you could use the coax for either since the coax is nothing but wire!

I have a 2002 Adventurer 35U and that coax actually goes to a spliter. There is a coax behind my TV that feeds this splitter and then splits to the outside TV (the one you are concerned with) and the TV in the bedroom. I wanted to use this coax as a feed from my satellite dish as well but the splitter prevents the 12VDC voltage that is output from the satellite receiver from ever reaching the dish!

On most models it is in the same line that feeds the rear TV, usually a splitter at the outside entertainment center. You can download the wiring diagram from Adventurer 32V Wiring Diagrams

Thanks all. I looked into this a littel further after posting and the exterior coax connection is designed for output only. .....and also I believe there are two splitters in the system. One around microwave for the back TV & exterior and another at the roof antenna for the front TV.

You could change the splitter at the outdoor entertainment center to a diplexer and add a diplexer at the video switch and use it to feed the satellite receiver.
